2009 Fall Learn to Run Program

The 2009 Fall Learn to Run Training Program is a 15 week plan that will guide and support its participants as they learn to run. This program incorporates walk breaks with the running and increases our overall running time gradually in order to ensure our success and keep us all injury free. There is no specific distance goal for this program however by the end of the program most participants will be comfortable with running 10 km.

If you are just getting started in the sport of running, trying to maintain your current fitness level, or looking for a regular organized running group to keep you motivated, this program is for you.
