Congratulations on completing your 4km run this past weekend. 

I would like to say thank you to Trevor, Joanne, Clay, and Marlyss for leading the groups this week. 

If you are feeling sore from this week's run please listen to your body and take it easy during this 
week's training and take advantage of the extra rest day. It is really important not to push yourself too 
hard or you can risk injury. 

This week's Training... 
Monday: Walk or X-Train 
Tuesday: 20 - 30 min Run 
Wednesday: Extra Rest Day! 
Thursday: 20 - 30 min Run  (informal group run at the YMCA @ 7pm) 
Friday: Walk or X-Train 
Saturday: Rest Day
