Hello Everyone!
As you may have noticed Clay and I were not at the run this past Sunday as
we were organizing the Northern Lights Kids of Steel Triathlon. I would like
to thank Marylss and Trevor for stepping up and making the run happen.
Just to let everyone know now both Clay and I will be at the Dirty Laundry
Triathlon on Sunday, June 28th and will not be here that day. However the
run will still take place. (this will be our rest period so the run will be
a short one)
We are having some difficulties with our website right now and are working
on correcting it.
Here is this week's training:
Monday - Walk or X-train
Tuesday - 30-45 minute run
Wednesday - Walk or X-train
Thursday - 30-45 minute run
Friday - 30-45 minute run
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - 9 km
With the warmer weather please make sure that you are drinking enough fluids
even on none run day. There is also an increase in the bug population so
don't forget the bug spray!
I know that many people are not getting the emails. I will be setting up a
section on our website where I will post weekly newsletter information so
that everyone gets the information. I will post all previous emails.
Also, if you did not receive the Training Log, I will make it available on
the website too.
Please feel free to email me with any questions or concerns you have. I
would love to hear how your training is going.
I will be scheduling our next clinic / discussion soon. The topic will be
injuries and injury prevention.
