Hi!
I hope you enjoyed the food this weekend and it gave you a chance to try
something new.
If you have any questions about nutrition on the run or anything else we
have talked about to date please let me know.
This week's Training...
You will notice in this week's schedule has an increase in the number of
runs as well as an increase in time.
**It is very important not to push yourself too hard no matter what your
experience level is as overtraining can lead to injury and/or demotivation.
This program gives us plenty of time to teach our bodies to run so there is
no need to push it.**
This week's schedule:
Monday: 20 - 30 minute walk / x-train
Tuesday: 30 - 45 minute run
Wednesday: 20 - 30 minute walk / x-train
Thursday: 30 - 45 minute run
Friday: 30 - 45 minute run
Saturday: Rest Day
