Hello!
How was your run yesterday? I hope it was a lot of fun! I find that running
in the rain makes me feel like a kid again.
We are now entering the next big milestone in our program; running double
digits. Next Sunday's run will be 10 km.
For those interested in the recipe for the cookies I made a few weeks ago, I
have posted it on our website.
This week's schedule:
Monday: 30 - 40 minute walk / x-train
Tuesday: 30 - 45 minute run
Wednesday: 20 - 30 minute walk / x-train
Thursday: 30 - 45 minute run
Friday: 30 - 45 minute run
Saturday: Rest Day
Sunday: 10 km
The Terry Fox Committee that is organizing this year's local Terry Fox Run
is looking for volunteers to help with events and tasks leading up to the
run in September. They are looking for people to help with HotDog Sales,
Media and Promotion, Registration, and much more.
If you are interested in helping out, even just an hour or two, please
